Once the target industry/company list is agreed upon, we will utilize our sources and networks along with our database to develop an initial candidate list
First Shortlist
Evaluation
when we have determined a common interest in pursuing specific candidates, we will contact them, inform them of the opportunity and draw out their interest in the position. We will then evaluate them with the aim of determining a profile match with the job and understand the suitability & interest of candidates.
Interviews
For the most appropriate candidates; we maintain a detailed résumé and evaluation summary to make easy the interview process. On receiving feedback from the candidates and you, we will work along with to draw up a final shortlist
Reference check
We will conduct detailed references on the candidate you wish to hire. If required, we could conduct a background check through appropriate agencies
